Italian Chopped Sandwich

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 8

16 slices Our Family® Original Pepperoni
6 slices hard salami
4 slices Our Family® Deli Sliced Honey Ham
4 slices Our Family® Smoked Provolone Cheese
3 drained Our Family® Whole Pepperoncini, stems removed
1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, halved and sliced
2 cups packed shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Extra Virgin Italian Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Vidalia® Onion & Peppercorn Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Our Family® Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon Our Family® Oregano Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Salt
1 teaspoon Our Family® Black Pepper
4 (8-inch) super sub buns

1.Place pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, tomato, onion and lettuce on large cutting board; chop. Add dressings, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper; toss. Makes about 4-1/2 cups.

2. Fill buns with pepperoni mixture; cut each crosswise in half. Makes 8 sandwiches.
