


Spicy Chopped Pickle Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

1 container (8 ounces) Our Family® Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 fresh dill sprigs
2 (1/4-inch-thick) slices red onion
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Our Family® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup drained Our Family® Hot Kosher Dill Pickle Chips, 1 tablespoon pickle juice reserved
1/4 teaspoon ground Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Black Peppercorn Grinder
2 tablespoons Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
4 Our Family® Large Eggs
4 Our Family® Pre-Sliced Everything Bagels, split and toasted
4 slices beefsteak tomato
1.Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil. Place bacon in single layer on prepared pan; bake 15 minutes or until crisp. Transfer bacon to cutting board; cut crosswise in half.
2.Layer cream cheese spread, dill, onion, Cheddar cheese, pickle chips, reserved pickle juice and pepper on large cutting board; chop. Makes about 1-1/2 cups cream cheese mixture.
3.In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Crack eggs into skillet; cover and cook 3 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through and yolks are slightly soft or to desired doneness. Makes 4 fried eggs.
4.Spread cut sides of bottom halves of bagels with cream cheese mixture; top with tomato, bacon, fried eggs and top halves of bagels, cut side down. Makes 4 sandwiches.
