1/4 cup pizza sauce
16 turkey pepperoni slices
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, green onions, pineapple, tomatoes and/or small broccoli florets
1. Place tortilla on work surface; with paring knife, cut a slit from center of the tortilla to bottom of the tortilla. On bottom left quarter of the tortilla, spread sauce; on top left quarter, place pepperoni. On top right quarter, sprinkle cheese; on bottom right quarter, place vegetables. Repeat to make 3 more wraps.
2. Starting with bottom left quarter, fold the tortilla with toppings up, then to the right, then down. Makes 4 wraps.
