Grilled Peppercorn-Crusted Top Sirloin Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce

Prep: 20 minutes plus standing
Grill: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

2 boneless top sirloin steaks (about 10 ounces each)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
1-1/2 tablespoons plus 1/4 teaspoon ground Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Black Peppercorn Grinder
1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/2 tablespoon sliced fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Coarse Kosher Sea Salt

1.Place steaks on rimmed baking pan. In small bowl, whisk garlic, oil and 1-1/2 tablespoons pepper; rub over both sides of steaks and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.

2.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, cheese, yogurt, chives and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper; cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup sauce.

3.Sprinkle both sides of steaks with salt. Place steaks on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)

4.Slice steaks against the grain; serve with sauce for dipping.
