Add oil and seasoning; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add 6 cups water; heat to a simmer. Cook farro, uncovered, 35 minutes or until farro is tender, stirring occasionally. Drain farro; cool 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In large bowl, toss avocado, kale, cheese, vinaigrette, lemon zest and farro.
