In large bowl, whisk garlic, jam, basil, vinegar, oil, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper; reserve 1\/4 cup. Makes about 10 tablespoons.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span> Add shrimp to jam mixture; toss and let stand 15 minutes. Thread shrimp onto skewers and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until grill marks appear and internal temperature reaches 145\u00b0, turning once.
